Asset Information
Why are assets required?
The Digital Services team cannot deliver your website unless they receive copy and design assets to use in the build. As such, you will need to supply all copy and design assets before the build can begin.
What assets are required?
A full list of the copy and design assets required can be found below. If you've purchased a single landing page website, you will need to supply fewer assets than if you've purchased a multipage website.
When is asset delivery due?
You can take as much time as you like to deliver your copy and design assets.
However, always remember that the delivery period for these packages is thirty (30) full working days. You should therefore take your preferred launch date for the website and work backwards to ensure that you supply your assets to the Digital Services team at least thirty (30) days before you would like your website to be live.
If you deliver your assets late, the Digital Services team cannot guarantee that your website will be live by your preferred date.
How and where to deliver assets.
The Digital Services team requires you to submit your assets via the online submission form. Please ensure you review all requirements outlined below and collate all necessary assets before you begin the submission process.
The asset submission form does not allow you to save your place and return to it, you must submit everything in one go.
Are you ready to submit your assets? Click the button below to proceed.

Campaign URL
We need a JustGiving campaign to connect your Virtual Event to. This enables us to create fundraising pages connected to the campaign, send emails to your fundraisers about the event and aggregate the event fundraising and fitness totals.
If you are a corporate or other organisation fundraising on behalf of a charity or non-profit, we will reach out to the charity on your behalf if you have not done this already. Please note that this will extend the project delivery timeframe and we will discuss this with you upon receipt of your assets.
If we do not receive a campaign URL, we will not start project delivery until we receive this information.
For more information, please read the JustGiving help article about creating a Campaign page.
Event ID
We need a JustGiving event ID to connect your Virtual Event to.
If we do not receive an event ID, we will not start project delivery until we receive this information.
For more information, please read the JustGiving help article on getting your event ID.

There will be two stages to complete the set up, and you will need your IT team or tech team on hand to assist.

As best practice, Blackbaud recommends you add a GTM container to your website so you can track your website traffic and conversions easily.
For more information on what a GTM container is and how to set one up, please view our guide.

If you have supplied a GTM container to be added to the website, which collects user data, Blackbaud will add a link to your Cookie Policy in the website footer and in the Cookie banner on the website.

Assets required for single landing page & multipage website builds
The assets listed below are required for both single landing page & multipage website builds.
All assets, other than those marked 'optional', must be supplied. Any delay in supplying assets will result in a delay in delivery.

For desktop, please supply as a high resolution PNG / JPEG file - 1480px wide by 450px high.
For mobile, please supply as a high resolution PNG / JPEG file - 1480px wide by 750px high.

Homepage / Landing Page Copy
Not sure where to start? The main copy should tell your participants everything they need to know about the event. Where possible, try to relate back to your key cause messaging and cover off the most important questions:
What? What is the event/challenge you are asking your participants to do?
How? How does your participant get involved?
Why? Why is this event important to your cause?
Who? Are you trying to connect with a particular audience?
When? Does the event take place over a particular time period?

Homepage / Landing Page additional images

Blackbaud recommends adding at least 2-3 additional images on your homepage or landing page. Images and infographics engage your audience and break up copy, so the homepage or landing page is not one big block of writing.

Copy for additional content pages
Make sure you include all headings, breaks and body copy. Please clearly label each piece of copy with the content page it should go on.
Upload the copy that you would like to appear on your content pages (listed in the previous question). There is no word limit, but try to be concise and stick to your event and cause key messaging.

Banners for additional content pages
You should supply two (2) differently sized banners for each page.
For desktop, please supply as a high resolution PNG / JPEG file - 1480px wide by 300px high.
For mobile, please supply as a high resolution PNG / JPEG file - 1480px wide by 500px high.

For accessibility, please supply alt text for each image supplied. This is so that screen readers can 'read' the image to any users who may be partially sighted or blind. This website provides more information on alt text and its importance.
Any additional images for additional content pages
Please supply as high resolution PNG or JPEGs of any size.
Blackbaud recommends adding at least 4-5 additional images across your website. Images and infographics engage your audience and break up copy, so the content pages will not have big blocks of writing.
For accessibility, please supply alt text for each image supplied. This is so that screen readers can 'read' the image to any users who may be partially sighted or blind. This website provides more information on alt text and its importance.
Please note: If we do NOT receive copy or other assets for one or more of the internal content pages, Digital Services will assume those pages are not required and will NOT build them. There will be NO opportunity to add those pages during the feedback round.
